Job Details:

Shift hours vary according to daily assignment: 6:15 AM - 4:45 PM, 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM, or 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Full-time only position consisting of 4-5 ten-hour shifts with no overtime

Medically directed model at a ratio of 1:3 (maximum 1:4)

Full-time coverage needed per month

Patients seen across all age groups

Work alongside anesthesiologists, surgeons, and specialty clinicians to deliver high quality, patient-centered care across a broad range of surgical and procedural areas

Wide case mix with Level I Trauma designation providing exposure to diverse and complex patient populations

EMR system: Epic

Hospital bed size: 593 beds

Special procedures include: Trauma, Neuro & Spine, Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular & APS, NORA locations, OB/GYN, General, GI, Pediatrics, Plastics, Orthopedics, and Robotics

CRNAs perform epidurals without a doctor present; blocks are not performed by CRNAs

Skills required: GETA, MAC, Regional, Spinal, and ultrasound techniques

Practice setting: Hospital

Board Certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist required

Active Pennsylvania license required

ACLS and PALS certifications required

Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred
