Monday thru Friday 2nd shift work schedule, weekends as needed. Maintenance employees work 2:00pm - 10:30pm for a standard shift.
POSITION SUMMARY:
This Supervisor is responsible for effectively leading, directing and controlling both Maintenance and Tool & Die technicians engaged in the safe and expedient installation, maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities to maintain and improve equipment reliability. This position also serves as a motivator, problem-solver, facilitator and project leader to their staff as well as their manufacturing supervisory peers.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
