Pharmacist

40 hrs/wk;;4-5 days/wk, Rotation of weekday shifts, weekends, and holidays. Rotation of call responsibilities. Job duties include but limited to order entry into Paragon software system, maintenance of inventory, preparation of non-sterile and sterile compounds including chemotherapy, dispensing for Hospice program, performing clinical duties (i.e. chart reviews, medication reconciliation, patient education at discharge, pharmacokinetic dosing, renal dosing), verifies all pharmaceuticals prepared and delivered by pharmacy technicians, managing pharmacy technician staff as needed, and precepting pharmacy students. Hospital pharmacy experience preferred, but not mandatory. Current NE Pharmacy licensure required. Degree from accredited college of Pharmacy.
