Acute Rehabilitation â?? Comprehensive physical and medical rehabilitation program serving patients with traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, cancer, cardiac and other neurological issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversees direct patient care through assessment, intervention and administration of care
• Compile, compare and record patient care information
• Delivers direct patient care or appropriate delegates to other team members
• Attend shift report at beginning and end of each shift to ensure good communication between nursing members
• Collaborates with clinical services team
• Communicates effectively with physicians, families and patient

  EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Active RN license in state of Nebraska
• CPR certification
• One year clinical experience preferred
